Logitech has really been pushing the limits of gaming mice, I haven’t seen any other company besides Razer design such excellent gaming mice. It’s no secret, Logitech’s mice shape has changed very little in the past few years and I don’t blame them, I really enjoyed using the Logitech MX518 and Logitech G5 laser mice.
The new G9 laser mouse is anything but traditional in comparison to previous Logitech mice, it has a totally different shape, which I’m still debating on if I like or dislike it, only a hands on experience can answer that question for me.
I’m excited they brought back the weight feature found in the G5 series, giving gamers complete control over how heavy or light their mouse will be. You can think of the weight system as finding the sweet spot on a baseball bat. Finding the perfect weight that allows you to consistently hit your targets with deadly precision.
Gamers asked for more customization and Logitech listened. Below are the two grip options available for the G9 laser mouse. It’s one of those ideas that makes you say, why didn’t I think of that? I’m sure there have been other companies that have some sort of variation of this idea, but I seriously doubt they could execute an idea like Logitech can. There is more to the mouse besides what I’ve already mentioned for further details check out the G9 laser mouse at Logitech.
